Living an embodied life even at Christmas

I would of never thought that my life would be as adventurous and exciting as it is now. I have been doing my work in…

Kali Yantra – Om Krim Krim Kalikaye Namah

I would of never thought that my life would be as adventurous and exciting as it is now. I have been doing my work in Tantra for the last 7 years, it has been a ride to defy description.

It all started one day with a comment from a friend, “Why don’t you do Tantra massage?” and I said, “Oh me, I don’t know” and the rest is history.

The interesting part of this journey is the more chances I take the more I grow and excel by what I do. Way more flow and charge in my work and endevours.

One of best things that has happened to me is that I started to feel that JOY and excitement that is connected to every moment.

I ask each day now for the help of the goddess; for her protection and transformation.

I am enamoured with the Goddess Kali – I invoke change and transformation for the world.

Kali is the Hindu Goddess of time, of change. She is the power of action, of the breath and of transformation (kriya-shakti). Kali’s essence is Divine Love. Through time, breath and Divine Love all things are accomplished. If we surrender to Her essence, She creates the energy and all is possible. The Kali Yantra, then, contains within it the transformative energy of change.

Om Krim Krim Kalikaye Namah

I invite you to take some action that you have been thinking about. Take a step or even a jump and try it a different way. And “it” can refer to the way you live your life. Your attitude to a person, a situation or just something we may have to endure for what ever reason. Realize that all is temporary and we can create the change we desire to live a life full of yumminess.

I use mantras as the one above to start the intention and invoke the power of the goddess

Mantra is a projection of cosmic sound. Mantra is the principle of vibration born out of the conjunction of Siva and Shakti. The mantra is the law of attraction. Mantra is the Primordial Energy, which is latent within the letters of the mantras or mystic syllables. Mantra is a mystic sound combination composed of Sanskrit letters, a simple mantra consists of monosyllabic sounds such as Krim, Hrim, Shrim, Aim, and more complex mantras are composed of a sequence of such syllables.

Mantra is a complete set of words from the Vedas attrributed to the deities or Devas. Mantras have come down to us from our Maharishis, saints, Sadhus and yogis who after recitation of Mantras for several thousand years guided us to follow those mantras. Mantras are single or strung together syllables.
Mantras are used in Tantrik sadhanas or rituals, whispered or chanted in different combinations and contexts, selling up patterns of vibrations. Source

So go out there, I dare you to be you and all that means. Take that chance to create change.

Blessings to everyone this year, I am in gratitude for this year.

Love Olivia
