The practice of tantra is a goalless experience where your body is the guide, and space is held for whatever needs to come to expression. Every experience is unique; nothing is forced; we work with what is and go deep by releasing any expectations of how it is supposed to look, letting the moment and the body’s intelligence guide us. I work intuitively, and each session is a co-creation between me and the receiver’s needs. This is a space to connect deeply with yourself, creating space to feel, receive and be deeply held in love and presence. All of you is welcome, held and celebrated.
Tantric massage includes full body and genital massage to cultivate sexual energy for healing, self-awareness, relaxation, pleasure, and a higher state of consciousness. You will experience sensual and activating touch, unlocking energy blockages and spreading the energy in all your body. Weaving between relaxation and stimulation, releasing blocked energy throughout the body, and uniting both polarities, the feminine and masculine energies within.

Trauma Release Healing Ritual
Are you ready to heal from your sexual trauma at a deep level, at its roots, with life-changing results? Do you want to be connected to your body and pleasure again, or even for the first time?
And the beauty of it is that TRHR heals trauma in the uttermost gentle way while powerfully addressing trauma at its roots. During TRHR, your body is revered with nurturing and compassionate feather-like still holds, which brings access to the healing wisdom of your body.
Through TRHR, your inner wisdom is fully honoured, revered and respected. This is one of the core principles of TRHR. As such, each TRHR session is directed by your body’s inner wisdom at a pace dictated by your intelligent system, which only wants to access what you are ready to process at that specific moment of your healing journey. Your system is not pushed into any healing process you might not be ready to address.
TRHR works at the cellular level. Most clients say they have been working on resolving their trauma for some time through different therapies, but what often emerges through TRHR is that the body still retains the trauma’s memory at its cellular level. When the memory is met through deep listening and loving presence, the body is offered space to resolve trauma at its own pace, and deep healing occurs.
Your comfort is key in TRHR so that you may be fully clothed or covered only with a sarong and/or a blanket. Featherlike hand-holds honour your body and can include consensual genital touch. The Sacred Genital Temple is honoured with a reverent light touch, with the uttermost integrity, devotion and compassion.
TRHR is an expansion of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, a highly skilled way of listening to the body’s inherent health expressions at all levels (physical, emotional & spiritual), to bring about natural adjustments from within the body’s resources.
This is not reiki or “energy” work – this is working intentionally with the biological intelligence of the body and nervous system.
