Summer Nights

Summer time has finally arrived. Summer is my favorite season. I enjoy the days of relaxing into a beach blanket, the heat of sand absorbing into my body and the rejuvenation of the cool sea water as I play in the waves at the beach…just being free and relaxed. The lack of demands is one the reasons I go to the beach. I can shut off my cell phone, there is no computer but lots of time to sink into the moments of stillness. This is my therapy “of doing nothing”

I am going though my reading list with a ferocious intensity, my latest book Red Hot and Holy by Serra Beak. I love that a friend sent me this book. After I started reading it I realized why she sent it to me. This is what my work and life is all about. The healing and loving of beautiful souls, allowing them to see their beauty and their sacred selves. By loving them, they feel whole and fulfilled by their own beauty and loving themselves.

I just wanted to thank all seekers from Toronto and Calgary. I so enjoyed our time together, meeting new people makes me happy.  I do enjoy home in Vancouer our air, water and sun seems different here. Enjoying my summer evenings on my new deck. Flowers are planted, hammock is up and all is right with my world.
