Awareness: We are not our bodies, our personality or even our minds. You can say “I am my job, or I am a husband…” but then if you lose your job or your marriage, you’re still you…what is the only thing that doesn’t change?

Your awareness of what is, of what’s real.

It was the same awareness when you were a toddler…and will be when you are older. Through tantric practice, you can watch your thoughts and feelings, and focus on the ones that have to do with connection and enjoying the moment. And your attention will only get stronger and the successes greater.

Do you want to learn to fully speak your desire? In moments of stress, do you want to learn to bring your attention back to aliveness of moment? Breath – the best way to feel less sensation is to take shallow breaths. We all taught ourselves how to do this, because it doesn’t make sense to feel everything all the time, especially on the streets of Manhattan or in a job we don’t like. But what about when you WANT to feel more, to expand pleasure all over your body? It IS possible to experience full body orgasm if the body is very oxygenated. Breathing together creates incredible intimacy-are you ready for this much connection?

Movement and relaxation – Orgasm isn’t just something that happens; it is an energy that we can tap into in every moment. This erotic flow makes us feel sane and more creative, relaxed and connected. When we can better feel and articulate our impulses, the reward is always available ecstasy. There is an ecstasy; the joy of feeling yourself without judgment. Can you let it move you?

Sound – It’s ok to sigh and give sound to your feelings-moaning increases the sensation that you feel-try it. This is a space in which you are totally free to respectfully let go…

Conscious communication – Intimacy is “into me see.”

It’s sometimes difficult to communicate our physical needs. Our bodies change every moment, and they always want something different. And that means learning better communication, with ourselves, our own bodies, and others. And the benefits are amazing: WE CAN DISCOVER EACH OTHER ANEW in every moment.

Learn to listen to your body-both with words and with feeling-and let me guide you in higher communication. Through simple exercises, I teach you the difference between giving and receiving, and how to do both more fully.

Sensual touch – your whole body is an erogenous zone. There are ways to touch EVERY part of your body that feel delightful and cause you and your partner to feel deeper pleasure. Things like aromatherapy baths, sensual massage, and both relaxing and stimulating touch can make your whole body come alive in a new way!
