Most of us were never taught how to be truly present with another person. We learned to perform connection — but not to inhabit it. This series invites you to slow down, tune in, and discover what becomes possible when two people choose to practice intimacy consciously and together.
Each workshop builds on the last. You don’t need a perfect relationship or any prior experience — only a genuine willingness to show up, explore, and be changed by what you find.

Foundation
Embodiment & Presence
Before we can truly meet another person, we must first arrive in ourselves. This opening workshop invites you to come home to your body — learning to listen inward, regulate your nervous system, and create the inner ground from which real intimacy grows.

Energetic Awakening & Partner Attunement
With a foundation of self-awareness in place, we turn toward each other. This workshop explores what it means to truly receive and be received — through presence, gaze, breath, and touch. You’ll discover how much more is possible when both people are actually here.

This is where embodiment meets eros. Drawing on the presence and touch skills you’ve built, Level 03 opens into the realm of conscious sexuality — exploring pleasure not as performance, but as a pathway to profound connection and expanded aliveness.

The final workshop invites you to weave everything together — energy, healing, depth, and daily life. This is not an end point but a beginning: the place where tantric practice stops being something you do, and becomes something you are.

Before you arrive
YOUR SPACE & SETUP
Find a private, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. Wear something loose and easy to move in. Have water nearby, and consider setting up a simple altar or candle to mark the session as sacred time.
SAFETY & CONSENT
This work is trauma-informed and consent-based at every step. Every exercise is optional. You can modify, step back, or simply observe — no explanation needed. This is always your space.
CONFIDENTIALITY
What happens in the room stays in the room. All couples complete a confidentiality agreement before beginning. No photography or recording takes place during sessions.
