ABOUT TANTRA

Q: What actually is Tantra?

Tantra is an ancient art, science, and philosophy that treats sexuality as a sacred dimension of life rather than something to be managed or suppressed. It works directly with sexual energy — not to indulge it, but to understand, refine, and elevate it as a path toward deeper presence, healing, and connection.
In practice, tantra uses breath, movement, sound, meditation, and conscious touch to clear energetic blockages and open the body to expanded states of pleasure and awareness. It includes the body completely — which is what makes it different from most spiritual traditions.

Q: Is Tantra a religion?

No. Tantra has no dogma, no deity to follow, and no required belief system. It is a practice — experiential rather than doctrinal. Many people find it integrates beautifully with their existing spiritual or religious life; others come to it with no spiritual framework at all. What matters is curiosity and a willingness to be present.

Q: Is this a sexual service?

No. Tantric Bodywork is a sacred somatic practice — educational, therapeutic, and healing in nature. It is not a sexual service, escort service, or anything of that kind. Clients seeking that kind of experience are not a fit for this work, and those enquiries are not welcomed.
That said, tantra does work directly with sexual energy and the body as a whole — including genital touch where appropriate and consented to. The intention is always healing, awareness, and expansion — never performance or gratification.

If you are unsure whether this work is what you are looking for, the free 20-minute consult is the right place to start. We can talk openly about what you’re hoping for.

About the Work

Q: Who is this work for?

This work is for women, men, and couples who are genuinely curious about their own potential — inside and outside the bedroom. You don’t need to be in crisis or have a specific problem to begin. Many clients come simply because they sense there is more available to them and they want a skilled, non-judgmental guide for the journey.
What I ask for is openness, genuine curiosity, and a willingness to move beyond habitual patterns — even when that feels unfamiliar or a little uncomfortable at first.

Q: Who is this work NOT for?

We are not a good match if you are looking for someone to fulfil a specific fantasy, recreate a familiar sexual pattern, or simply do what you want. That’s not a judgement — it’s just a different kind of service, and there are providers who offer exactly that.
This work asks you to set your usual “go-to” aside and reach into the unknown for something more interesting. If that doesn’t appeal, that’s okay — but it does mean we’re probably not the right fit.

Q: What makes your approach different?

I bring 18+ years of professional training and a genuinely integrative approach — drawing on Tantric and Taoist traditions, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, and sacred sexuality practices. I am practical and down-to-earth rather than dogmatic. I focus on real connection, real sensation, and real shifts — not spiritual performance.
Sessions are never pre-planned. I work intuitively, reading what your body and energy are asking for in the moment. Every session is a unique co-creation — which means it is always exactly right for where you are

Q: How does tantra help couples?

Most couples find that the early chemistry of a relationship naturally deepens over time — but without intentional practice, that deepening can slide into routine. Tantra offers tools to keep intimacy alive and evolving: practices that cultivate presence, develop erotic trust, and open new dimensions of pleasure and connection that familiarity alone can’t provide.
For couples experiencing disconnection, low desire, or difficulty communicating about intimacy, tantric work offers a held, structured space to explore those dynamics — with a skilled guide who can see what’s hard to see from inside the relationship.

Tantric Bodywork

Q: What actually happens in a Tantric Bodywork session?

New clients begin with a 30–45 minute conversation — to discuss your intentions, history, boundaries, and what you are hoping to explore. This shapes the session entirely.

The bodywork itself weaves between deep relaxation and energetic activation through intuitive touch, breath, and energy work. Warm oils are used throughout. Sessions include full body touch and, where appropriate and consented to, genital touch — with the intention of cultivating sexual energy for healing, self-awareness, and expanded states of pleasure.

Sessions close with integration time — space for your system to settle and for any reflections to be shared.

Q: What does consent look like in your sessions?

Consent is the foundation of everything. Before any session begins, we discuss explicitly what is welcome, what is not, and what you are curious to explore. Nothing happens without clear agreement — and you are free to adjust, pause, or stop at any point. Your comfort and safety come first, always.

Q: What does genital touch mean in this context?

Genital touch in tantric bodywork is therapeutic and sacred in intention — not sexual in the conventional sense. It is used to release held tension and armouring in the pelvic region, cultivate and move sexual energy through the body, and support healing around shame, trauma, or disconnection in that area.

It is always explicitly discussed and consented to beforehand, and it is always within the scope of what you have indicated you welcome.

Q: What should I do to prepare for a session?

Arrive freshly showered and wearing comfortable, loose clothing. Avoid eating a heavy meal in the two hours before your session. Arrive a few minutes early if you can — rushing in affects the quality of your presence from the start.

Most importantly: arrive with an open mind and no fixed expectations. The sessions that surprise people most are usually the ones where they arrive without an agenda.

Q: How do I get the most from my session?

Give yourself time to transition afterward. Don’t rush back into your day — keep your phone off for a little longer, take in the world around you, drink plenty of water. We move a significant amount of energy in a session, and integration takes time.

You may find that what shifts during the session continues to unfold over the days that follow. This is normal and welcome. Journalling can be a useful companion to the work.

INTIMACY COACHING

Q: What is the difference between Intimacy Coaching and Tantric Bodywork?

Tantric Bodywork is somatic and body-led — we work primarily through touch, breath, and energy. It is in-person only.

Intimacy Coaching is talk and practice-based — we work through conversation, tools, somatic exercises, and home practices you build over time. It is available both in person and online.

Both pathways can lead to the same depth of transformation. The right fit depends on where you are and how you tend to learn best. The free consult is the right place to explore which makes most sense for you.

Q: How many coaching sessions will I need?

Most clients find that 3–10 sessions over a defined period gives them real, lasting change. We typically meet every 2–4 weeks, with home practices to integrate between sessions.

We set an intention together in the first session and revisit it as we go — so the work stays responsive to where you actually are rather than following a fixed script. Some clients complete a focused series and feel complete; others return periodically as new layers emerge.

Q: Can coaching happen fully online?

Yes. Online sessions via video work very well for Intimacy Coaching — many clients actually find the comfort of their own space supports openness. All the tools, exercises, and home practices translate fully to an online format. Couples at a distance work well online too.

FOR FIRST TIMEERS

Q: I’ve never done anything like this before. Where do I start?

The free 20-minute consult. That’s it. You don’t need to have read anything, prepared anything, or know exactly what you want. Just come with an honest sense of what’s drawing you here, and we’ll take it from there together.

Most people find the consult itself clarifying — even if they arrive uncertain, they usually leave knowing exactly what they want to do next.

Q: I feel nervous or embarrassed about reaching out. Is that normal?

Completely normal — and honestly, it usually means you’re taking this seriously rather than approaching it casually. Most people feel some version of nervousness before a first session. That nervousness tends to dissolve quickly once you’re actually in conversation.

You won’t be judged here. Whatever has brought you to this work — whatever you’re carrying, curious about, or healing from — is welcome.

Q: Can I ask questions by email before booking?

Yes, absolutely. If you have specific questions you’d like answered before taking the step of booking a consult, you’re welcome to email directly at olivia.jade8@gmail.com. I respond personally to all enquiries.
