The practice of cultivating our energy especially our sexual force is one of the main practices in tantra. Imagine the full implications of fully embracing the juice of life and creating what you want.

The biggest factor is figuring out what you desire, the things that give you peace, bliss, joy and moments of stillness. I feel that if I enhance put energy into my sexual life the rest seems to fall into place.

Practicing with my seekers allows me to cultivate large amounts of energy and fills up my cup. So I can do more, create more, take more chances. Live I life I decide, on the terms that don’t include my old ideas and scripts that have in the past run my life. This great freedom to discover the wonder of this physical world and my spiritual landscape. In the discovery of who I am, I have discovered what I am capable of & can accomplish.

By allowing myself to fully embody the shakti energy that I have gives me great momentum.
