Exceptional Touch and Tantra Training

You are invited on a journey of self-discovery through Tantra: a beautiful ancient art, science and philosophy that transmutes our primal, potent life force of sexual energy into a healing, meditative and blissful experience.

Experiential

First, we let go of the mundane world – getting out of our heads and into our bodies in this present moment – through awareness, breath, & sensations. Next, I’ll use Swedish-American deep-tissue touch, energywork & sound to tend to your areas of tension, relax your body, and increase circulation – enlivening your whole body. I’ll then integrate your lower chakras, using tools from the Body Electric School of Erotic Touch. Internal touch is also an option for us to explore.

Educational/Experiential

During the first part of the experiential session (Swedish-American therapeutic touch), we can talk about any of the topics below, and practice relevant skills during the session, as well.
