Before the session begins, we will sit in the consultation space and connect. We spend some time establishing a connection and talking about how it will unfold.   We then move onto the treatment table where I guide you through a simple  breath process which will quiet the mind  and connect you more deeply to your body.  Within minutes you will feel the stillness and from there we can begin the hands on segment of the session.

Session length: A session can flow anywhere from 2 to 3 hours. The longer the session, the more we can indulge in the journey and the more you receive from your experience. When practicing Tantra, we savor the moment and stay focused on staying fully present in the “Now”.  It can be quite surprising how quickly time passes.

These sessions are healing, nurturing and sensual; received in a safe and loving space. The hands on energy healing alone can take you away to a place of deep relaxation, peace and tranquility.  How the session evolves from this point on depends upon you.  You may receive a full body massage using heated oil and hot stones or  an exploration of emotional healing, or all of the above.  The massage is wonderful for releasing blocks and awakening your senses as you fully relax into this healing sensual touch, opening fully to the power of each moment as you learn how to circulate and channel these newly awakened energies, while experiencing deep connection on many levels.

Sessions are often received fully nude however, if preferred, you may receive the session partially nude to fully clothed.  Boundaries are always honored and respected.

How the session may unfold…

Emotional Healing:   If personal experience is interfering with your enjoyment of life and relationships, I will lovingly guide you on a journey of self exploration to assist you in releasing this energy which no longer serves you, so you can move forward and begin to reclaim your power and move toward a greater sense of freedom and expression.   I may assist you to shift and replace sadness with a sense of compassion and peace.  Maybe you just need to be held and feel loved.

When negative experience involving sexual energy remains unhealed, like any energy, it can form into physical manifestation in our body. One of the ways we can work through this is the Sacred Spot Ritual.  The sacred spot can store emotions from old wounds causing discomfort and even pain in your body where there should be pleasure. This is a powerful process which can release this stored energy and great healing can take place, transforming what was once felt as discomfort in this area to blissful pleasure.  The Sacred Spot is also known as the g-spot and is present in both men and women.

Healing emotional wounds is an exploitative process and through sharing, love and Divine guidance I will assist you to becoming more in alignment with the light which is You.

Exploration:  Savor a beautiful sensual full body massage, releasing all tension and stress, both physically and mentally. You may experience your energy rise to a place you may have never experienced before, through breath work, movement, touch and emotional connection.  The breath is known as the “fire breath”, or in Taoism, the “micro-cosmic orbit breath”.  The techniques you learn in this session can leave you feeling highly energized after love making, rather than depleted and tired. You can train your body to experience orgasm without ejaculation, which results in multiple orgasm.  The techniques you learn in this session, when practised regularly, will prolong your sexual energy during love making and can increase with age, rather than decrease .  

In this session, sexual energy is embarrassed in a Sacred and intentional way for healing, personal transformation and true bliss.  You’ll learn how to tune into subtle sensations and breathe the sexual energy throughout your entire nervous system, while experiencing feelings of love and deep connection; union with your heart and spirit.  You will experience conscious breath work, eye gazing, hugs, learn intimacy building techniques and connection between giver and receiver.  Men often place the label of ‘performance’ on their sexual experience.  There is no performance in Tantric practice.  It is about exploration and savoring the journey/ your partner.   I hold safe space for you as I lovingly guide you through this beautiful process.   I invite you to receive as I tune into who you are and what your spirit longs for.

I provide for you as your Goddess, healer and teacher.  Surrender to this process and you will experience an exquisite journey which can bring great transformation and awakening.  It is my intention for you to receive an understanding of this Sacred practice so you can continue to practice the techniques on your own.

For thousands of years, patriarchal religions and media have created a sense of guilt and shame and separation of sexuality from spirituality.  This was never the intention of our creation.  Sexual energy is our life force and integrally connected to our spiritual self.  It is where creation…life begins.  The physical body is a sacred temple which houses this energy.  During this session, we acknowledge this connection as we consciously connect your sexual energy to a place of spiritual joy.

You will learn about the integral connection of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energy within you and how to weave these energies to bring more balance and joy into your life and relationships.

A word on boundaries:   It is important that boundaries be honored in any situation. Together we will establish what they are and I will honor your boundaries, as you will honor mine. Because of the intimacy of this work, it is natural to want to make an energetic connection, with my permission you may connect, however there is no touching of my upper thighs or sexual area.

Although these sessions can be a very sensual experience, I am not a substitute for a sexual parter, rather your guide, teacher and healer .  When it comes to hugs, I offer an unlimited supply.

* You must be willing to do the breath work and commit to exploring the emotional and spiritual  connection with the physical.  I will help and support you with all of this in a loving manner.  If you honor this agreement,  I guarantee that you will have a unique, healing and beautiful experience.  If you do not honor this, the session will shift, until this connection is established.
